Bitwine toolbar missing

Hi, I installed Bitwine and set myself as an advisor several days ago. For the first day I had it installed, a Bitwine toolbar appeared at the bottom of my screen (where I can start/stop charges, etc). Now I cannot see it anymore. I have the Bitwine button in my taskbar, and it shows me as online (ready to accept calls), but I don’t see the actual toolbar. Where did it go? Does it only pop up when I am visiting with a client?

I admire your flight teaching service. I am going to recommend you to a friend of mine. I did some flying lessons in gliders and the feeling is amazing.

As per your problem, if you click the BitWine icon on the tray icon the Taskbar will appear. In general you don’t have to see the taskbar to accept calls (it can be running hidden), but it must be running.

To be sure, you can always check your availability if you search for your service on BitWine when you are loged out, and see how other people see your profile. Make sure you are on-line first with the Taskbar.
