Bob worked for Hawaii-based Servco Pacific Inc. where he was Employee Development Manager for 5-1/2 years. Servco is the Toyota-Lexus- Scion (and Suzuki) distributors for the state of Hawaii as well as operating several retail automotive dealerships. Servco is also in the insurance and appliance distribution business.

For 9 years, Bob worked in the hardware and building materials industry in Hawaii as a manufacturer’s representative. This was a commission only sales position. Bob sold the business to concentrate on his next business, adventure-based training.
